Organizing and merging PDF pages

A small page-order mistake can make a document confusing. Use a review-first workflow when rearranging or joining PDFs.

Vignar’s PDF tools let you load PDF files, move pages up or down, rotate pages, remove pages, and export the arranged pages. When more than one PDF is loaded, you can load pages from all files into one list and merge the PDFs. The original files are not overwritten; the tool creates a new download.

Organize a single PDF

  1. Choose one PDF and wait for the page list to load.
  2. Use the up and down controls to set page order. Page labels show the source page and its current position in the output.
  3. Rotate pages that were scanned sideways. Remove only pages you are certain should not be included.
  4. Read through the entire page list from first to last. Export and open the new PDF to verify the order and orientation.

Merge multiple PDFs

Add at least two PDF files. The tool first displays pages from the initial file; load the pages from all PDFs to include the others in the combined page list. You can then rearrange pages from different source files in one output. Check the file and page labels before exporting, especially if documents have similar names or repeated page numbers.

What to check after export

Encrypted or damaged PDFs

Some PDFs cannot be opened without a password or use features the browser library cannot process. If a file fails, use the original authoring application or a trusted PDF editor. Avoid uploading confidential documents to a service unless its handling practices meet your requirements.

Frequently asked questions

Does page organization edit my original?

No. The organized PDF is downloaded as a separate file. Keep the source until you have verified the output.

Can the tool edit text inside a PDF?

This tool focuses on page order and rotation. It does not provide general text editing, OCR, or form authoring.

PDF processing is designed to happen locally in your browser. The site itself may still receive ordinary connection and error logs through its host. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
